Getting Started with the CMS Dashboard

August 21, 2026

The CMS dashboard gives you a quick overview of your website content, reservations, guests, and recent activity. The cards you see depend on the features and integrations enabled for your account, so your dashboard may look different from another customer's dashboard.

Open the dashboard

Select Dashboard from the main navigation. After signing in, the dashboard is also the starting point for accounts with dashboard access.

Use the website and date filters

Use the controls in the page header to choose a website and date range. Dashboard reports refresh to use those selections. When All Websites is available, select it to see combined results across your configured websites.

The date filter is especially important for reservation, guest, traffic, SEO, project-time, and support-time reporting. If a card has no data, first confirm that the selected date range includes the activity you expect.

Understand your dashboard cards

Rental accounts may see reservation revenue, bookings, nights, lead time, reservation trends, reservation sources, guest sources, and company performance. Content-focused accounts may instead see totals for blogs, events, directory listings, and web pages. Internal or connected accounts may also see project and support time.

Select a card or its View More link when available to open the related report or list. Numbers on the dashboard are summaries; use the destination page for filtering and record-level details.

Pick up where you left off

The Recent Records area provides shortcuts to records you recently viewed or edited. Select an item to return directly to it. This section is hidden when there are no recent records.

Review product updates

The What's New card contains recent CMS updates and feature announcements. Open an item to read the full update.

Navigate the CMS

Use the left navigation to open areas such as Content, Properties, Reservations, People, Website & Usage, Settings, and Support. A section remains expanded while you work in one of its pages. Some navigation items appear only when the related add-on, permission, or third-party connection is enabled for your account.

If data or navigation is missing

  • Confirm the selected website and date range.
  • Try a wider date range if the selected period has no activity.
  • Verify that the required integration is connected under Settings > Connections.
  • Remember that some sections require an account add-on or permission.
  • Refresh the page after a connection or account setting has been changed.
