Use names your customers recognize

Internal pricing terminology does not always translate to a customer-friendly quote. With customizable line-item names, you can replace technical labels with clear, familiar descriptions.

For example, a charge labeled Pet Fee 04 internally can appear as Pet Fee on the customer’s quote. Clearer names reduce confusion, minimize questions, and help customers understand exactly what they are paying for.
